August 2007 - Present - Environment Artist at [Funcom]
I´m currently working here as an Environment artist. I do both props modeling aswell as placing the objects out and building the worlds in the inhouse worldeditor.
I´ve been working on both Age Of Conan and The Secret World (which I got hired for).
January 2007 - May 2007 ( 5 months) - Intern at [Eidos Studios Sweden AB]
Had my internship on this studio and worked on Leveldesign (Inhouse editor / Maya), enviromental props, vehicles and texturing for consoles.
Sadly. No games have been released or announced yet.
2005 - 2007 (2 years) Manager / Environment artist / Student at [School of Future Entertainment]
(Educational Institution; Computer Games industry)
Worked on a game prototype during the school years with a group of people and it won a few indie game awards. It was called Apeocalypse.
Not really a company per-say during my time although it later got more serious.
2004 - 2005 - Education
Went back to school after the army to improve my grades and study a few extra courses (courses was for fun) to make sure that I
qualified for university-level education.
August 2003 - May 2004 ( 10 months) Assault Guard at [Livgardet - Army]
I was in the service for 10 months because of compulsory military service. 3 months of boot camp and 7 of live duty.
I was stationed on another regiment and was working in a team of 7 others making sure to keep weapons, people, areas
and storage areas under control.
We also responded to alarms outside of the base to keep outsiders or thieves away.
This was a live duty position which meant we always had access to armed weapons and the right to use them if necessary.
This is an extreme rarity in the swedish army when it comes to the compulsory military service.
